3.2 By making a reservation through our platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the accommodation provider. LuxStay is not a party to this contract.

3.3 The information displayed on our platform about accommodations is based on information provided by the accommodation providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of this information.

3.4 Prices displayed on our platform include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, such as resort fees or service charges, may apply and will be disclosed during the booking process or by the accommodation provider.

4. Payment and Cancellation

4.1 Payment methods accepted and payment processing procedures are described during the booking process.

4.2 Cancellation policies vary by accommodation and rate type. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation.

4.3 In the event of a no-show, early departure, or cancellation outside the prescribed period, you may be charged the full amount of the reservation or as specified in the cancellation policy.

5. User Conduct

5.1 You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9.2 Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the six months preceding the claim.
